A dedicated vegan & gluten-free café
Shayna B's By The Sea is 100% vegan and 100% gluten-free — no animal products, no gluten, and no wheat ever enter our kitchen. Recognized by Food & Wine as one of the Top 100 Vegan Restaurants in America, our menu is built around fresh, locally sourced, organic ingredients that change with the seasons.

Gluten & Wheat
100% gluten-free & wheat-free kitchen
A completely gluten-free restaurant with a dedicated kitchen. Gluten-free bread, buns, pasta, pizza crust, pancakes, and baked goods. Tamari used in place of soy sauce.
Dairy
Entirely dairy-free
No dairy products are used in the kitchen or on the menu. Plant-based cheese, milk, and desserts throughout.
Eggs
Entirely egg-free
No eggs in the kitchen or in any dish. Egg-free mayo, JUST Eggs, and egg-free noodles & desserts.
Fish
No fish on the menu
Fish is not part of the menu and is not used in the kitchen.
Shellfish
No shellfish on the menu
Shellfish is not featured on the menu or used in the kitchen.
Soy
Used in select dishes
Soy appears in a few items, most often as tofu or soy aminos, prepared on shared cooking surfaces. Not used in breads or baked goods.
Peanuts
Found in a few items
Peanut sauce is served with the crispy tofu wrap, and peanut butter cookies are offered in the bakery case. Limited to those specific dishes.
Tree Nuts
Some desserts may contain
Tree nuts are not used in main menu items, though a few desserts may contain them, e.g. cashew-based recipes. Ask staff for guidance.
Sesame
May appear in select items
Sesame may be used in select wraps, breads, or sauces. Please notify staff so they can confirm safe options.
Coconut
Used in select recipes
Coconut may appear in baked goods, sauces, or desserts. Please ask the kitchen to identify items containing coconut.
