Since 2017, Shayna B's has been the Connecticut Shoreline's beloved dedicated gluten-free and vegan café. What started as a small bakery with a dream has grown into one of the top vegan restaurants in America.

We pride ourselves on locally sourced, organic ingredients — from made-from-scratch cupcakes and cinnamon rolls to hearty bowls, wraps, and hand-tossed pizzas. Every single item on our menu is 100% vegan and 100% gluten-free.
